A consultation is the best way to ensure a comprehensive approach to your aesthetic goals. Consultations are complimentary and by appointment. Many procedures require consultation prior to receiving treatment. Others may also require a preparation regimen prior to treatment. Consult with our expert team to ensure the best outcome!
What should I do before a facial?
Don’t exfoliate, use retinal or any acids a few days before your facial. Remember ingredients you have a sensitivity to or allergic to, so you can inform your esthetician.
What should I do immediately after a facial?
Don’t touch it! If you do, grab the hand sanitizer first.
Change your pillowcase when you get home, so you don’t rest your nice, clean face down in the same old bacteria.
Don’t wash your face until the next morning.
Don’t work out right after your facial wait until the next day.
When can I wear makeup again?
We suggest that you don’t apply make up until the next day give your skin time to purge out impurities. Make sure your makeup brushes and sponges are clean before you apply your makeup to your new skin.
Should I get a facial the day before my wedding?
It's always a good idea to get any facial treatments 1-2 weeks prior to any big event.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48hrs will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
No refunds will be given once a service is completed. No refunds/returns on all apparel orders.
